- Advise clients and drive sales through professional interactions, meeting Maison targets.
- Serve as a role model in the Maison selling ceremony.
- Handle and resolve client issues efficiently.
- Manage inbound communications via calls, emails, and social media, ensuring timely and professional engagement.
- Develop outbound clienteling actions to enhance client portfolio.
- Process orders initiated by phone, requiring extensive data entry in CRC systems.
- Continuously seek new product knowledge to act as an expert for the Maison.
- Demonstrate strong selling and negotiating skills to overcome objections and close sales.
- Follow up on client satisfaction KPIs and respond to feedback.
- Convey the Maison's storytelling by knowing its products, history, and events calendar.
- Understand and apply Maison e-Retail procedures, including customer services, returns, and exchanges.
- Collaborate proactively with the Boutique network to offer a seamless client experience.
- Background in customer support, service, hospitality, or retail.
- Strong command of Italian and French.
- Excellent customer service understanding.
- Keen sales skills.
- Computer literacy.
- Keyboarding skills of at least 50 wpm.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills in Italian and French.
- Ability to be constructive in difficult situations.
- Collaborative mindset to enhance work processes.
- Eagerness to learn new competencies and knowledge.
Experience in customer support, service, hospitality, or retail is required.
