Officine Panerai Data Analyst

- Collaborate with Operations teams to gather and analyze data on R&D, finances, production, supply chain, and sales.
- Participate in a global Data Transformation Program to identify development areas, support end-user training, and drive change.
- Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and root causes of inefficiencies.
- Maintain a portfolio of data-driven solutions to optimize Operations processes.
- Create clear and concise reports and visualizations to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.
- Stay current with the latest data analysis trends and technologies.
- Master's degree in Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience with data analysis tools and techniques, such as Power BI and Python.
- Proficiency in SQL; experience with Google Cloud ecosystem is advantageous.
- Experience in a Data Transformation project.
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis concepts.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
- Analytical and synthetic mindset.
- Autonomous, results-driven, rigorous, and proactive.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders and teams.
Proven experience in data analysis and participation in a Data Transformation project.
Master's degree in Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
