1. Develop and maintain analytics reports to facilitate decision making for the department.
2. Ensure data integrity and quality.
3. Collaborate with Operations teams to gather and analyze data on R&D, finances, production, supply chain, and sales.
4. Participate in a worldwide Data Transformation Program to identify areas of development and support end-user training.
5. Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and root causes of inefficiencies.
6. Maintain a portfolio of data-driven solutions to optimize Operations processes.
7. Create reports and visualizations to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.
8. Stay updated on the latest data analysis trends and technologies.

1. Master's degree in Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field

1. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Power BI and Python
2. SQL knowledge
3. Experience with the Google Cloud ecosystem is a plus
4. Strong understanding of statistical analysis concepts
5. Expertise in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
6. Advanced English
7. Analytical and synthetic mindset
8. Autonomous, results-driven, rigorous, and proactive
9. Strong communication skills
10. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and teams

Proven previous experience with data analysis tools and techniques and experience in a Data Transformation project.
