1. Develop and implement strategies to expand retail and wholesale networks in Australia and New Zealand.
2. Enhance brand visibility and profitability through strategic partnerships and marketing initiatives.
3. Lead and manage boutique managers and office staff, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to brand standards.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, acting as the primary contact for commercial discussions.
