- Develop and implement strategies to expand retail and wholesale networks in Australia and New Zealand.
- Enhance brand visibility and profitability through strategic partnerships and marketing initiatives.
- Lead and manage boutique managers and office staff, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to brand standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, acting as the primary contact for commercial discussions.
- Collaborate closely with headquarters and the Southeast Asia team to align regional strategies with global objectives.
- Oversee profit and loss management, proposing and implementing annual budgets.
