1. Assist in the coordination of commercial activations and new projects within the South-East Asia region.
2. Organize and manage weekly and monthly meetings, including scheduling and taking meeting minutes.
3. Prepare regional and local reports and presentations, extracting and analyzing data for reporting and analytics.
4. Support omnichannel projects, both ongoing and new, and update daily dashboards and price lists.
5. Maintain and organize shared drive folders and assist in business review preparations, market visits, and events.
6. Prepare regular reports on KPIs, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
7. Coordinate communication and implementation of operational standards to enhance boutique efficiency.
8. Support retail operations projects and tools, ensuring compliance with retail operations processes and positive audit reviews.
9. Manage orders and transfers of boutique tools and coordinate presentations on action plans, tracking progress.
10. Maintain updated network details, operational hours, and headcounts, supporting induction checklists for new joiners.

No prior experience required, but a background in commercial or retail operations is advantageous.
