Officine Panerai Commercial Director

- Develop and implement strategies to expand the retail and wholesale network in Thailand.
- Manage profit and loss, ensuring financial targets are met and exceeded.
- Lead and motivate both retail and office teams to achieve operational excellence and key performance indicators.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, acting as the primary contact for commercial discussions.
- Collaborate with HQ and the Southeast Asia team to align on strategic initiatives.
- Propose and oversee local marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and client engagement.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing insights to HQ and regional offices.
- Ensure seamless client experiences and uphold brand standards across all touchpoints.
- Oversee the opening and refurbishment of retail boutiques.
- Manage merchandising allocation and assortment for retail, wholesale, and travel retail networks.
- Conduct regular training sessions for team members and retail partners' staff.
- Identify and nurture talent within the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury retail management and business development.
- Proven track record in leading and inspiring teams.
- Experience in a matrix organization with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with internal and external partners.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in P&L management.
- Ability to drive client acquisition and retention initiatives.
At least 10 years of relevant experience in luxury retail and business management.
