1. Develop and implement strategies to expand the retail and wholesale network in Thailand.
2. Manage profit and loss, ensuring financial targets are met and exceeded.
3. Lead and motivate both retail and office teams to achieve operational excellence and key performance indicators.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, acting as the primary contact for commercial discussions.
5. Collaborate with HQ and the Southeast Asia team to align on strategic initiatives.
6. Propose and oversee local marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness and client engagement.
7. Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing insights to HQ and regional offices.
8. Ensure seamless client experiences and uphold brand standards across all touchpoints.
9. Oversee the opening and refurbishment of retail boutiques.
10. Manage merchandising allocation and assortment for retail, wholesale, and travel retail networks.
11. Conduct regular training sessions for team members and retail partners' staff.
12. Identify and nurture talent within the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

1. Minimum 10 years of experience in luxury retail management and business development.
2. Proven track record in leading and inspiring teams.
3. Experience in a matrix organization with strong stakeholder management skills.
4. Ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with internal and external partners.
