- Provide exceptional customer service through direct communication with clients across various channels, including in-store, phone, and email.
- Oversee and manage client communications and follow-ups regarding after-sales services and repairs for Singaporean clientele.
- Offer advisory support to regional boutiques and retail partners.
- Monitor Net Promoter Score (NPS) and collaborate with retail teams to enhance client satisfaction.
- Handle inquiries related to products and client matters, assisting with boutique appointments.
- Deliver professional technical assessments and services for after-sales service and repairs, in collaboration with Panerai watchmakers and the Richemont Customer Service Centre.
- Coordinate with the Boutique team to prioritize after-sales service and repair requests.
- Ensure timely completion of services and repairs, maintaining smooth communication with retail teams and customers.
- Train retail teams to maintain consistent high-quality customer service.
- Document service and repair information accurately for proper record-keeping and follow-up.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and ensure all shipments and stock are in order.
- Perform regular stock counts and manage inventory-related tasks.
- Act as a central custodian for product issues in the region and represent during HQ SAV calls.
- Support sales and retail operations on the shop floor as needed.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer service or SAV frontline role.
- Customer-centric and people-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in English and another language
- Strong follow-up skills and initiative
- Problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer service or SAV frontline role is required.
