- Achieve and exceed personal sales targets and contribute to the boutique's overall objectives.
- Develop and maintain a client panel, ensuring a best-in-class customer experience.
- Act as an ambassador for Panerai's image both in the boutique and at off-site events.
- Participate actively in briefings and contribute to the boutique's performance development.
- Identify high-potential sales leads and perform diligent follow-up to generate sales opportunities.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of Panerai's products, brand DNA, and history, and share this with customers.
- Maintain impeccable presentation and comply with company policies and procedures.
- Manage daily boutique operations, including opening/closing, inventory, and repairs.
- Contribute to the development of the boutique's CRM database and manage client relationships.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless experience during and after sales.
- Minimum of 2 years in the luxury retail industry in a sales role.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Strong sense of luxury service and aesthetics.
- Result-oriented with strong selling skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team player mentality.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and networking abilities.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
- Curiosity and self-motivation with a customer service mindset.
A minimum of two years in a luxury retail sales role is required.
Salary range: $25 - $27 per hour, determined based on relevant skills and experience.
