- Achieve and exceed personal sales targets and contribute to boutique objectives.
- Develop and maintain a client panel, ensuring exceptional customer experience.
- Act as an ambassador of Panerai's image both in the boutique and at off-site events.
- Participate actively in briefings and contribute to boutique performance.
- Welcome and manage customer requests, leading all steps of the sale process.
- Identify high-potential sales leads and perform diligent follow-up.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Panerai products and brand history.
- Participate in brand training sessions and self-learning initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage daily boutique operations, including opening/closing and inventory management.
- Maintain boutique appearance in line with visual merchandising guidelines.
- Contribute to the development of the boutique database and manage client relationships.
- Provide excellent client service and handle customer service requests efficiently.
- Minimum of 2 years in luxury retail, in a sales role.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong sense of luxury service and aesthetics.
- Result-oriented with strong selling skills.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and empathy.
- Excellent customer service mindset.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Strong communication and networking skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
A minimum of two years in the luxury retail industry, specifically in a sales capacity, is required.
Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
