- Achieve and exceed personal sales targets and contribute to boutique objectives.
- Develop and maintain a client panel, ensuring best-in-class customer experience.
- Act as an ambassador for Panerai both in the boutique and at off-site events.
- Participate in briefings and contribute to boutique performance development.
- Handle customer requests and manage all sales steps following Panerai's Selling Ceremony.
- Identify potential sales leads and perform diligent follow-ups.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Panerai products and brand history.
- Participate in brand training sessions and self-learning initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage daily boutique operations, including inventory and visual merchandising.
- Contribute to the development of the boutique's CRM database.
- Cultivate client relationships through exceptional service and CRM initiatives.
- Provide excellent client service and ensure seamless customer experience.
- Minimum of 2 years in luxury retail sales.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong sense of luxury service and aesthetics.
- Strong selling skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and multitasking ability.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
- Team player with empathy and customer service mindset.
A minimum of two years in a luxury retail sales role is required.
Expected salary range: $24.75 to $26.44 per hour, based on skills and experience.
