- Develop and maintain a client panel, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing Panerai's image both in-store and at off-site events.
- Participate in briefings and contribute to the boutique's performance development.
- Manage all steps of the sales process, adhering to Panerai's Selling Ceremony.
- Identify high-potential sales leads and perform diligent follow-ups.
- Stay informed about Panerai's products, brand DNA, and industry trends.
- Maintain impeccable presentation and comply with company policies and procedures.
- Manage daily boutique operations, including inventory and visual merchandising.
- Contribute to the development of the boutique's CRM database and manage client relationships.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Minimum of 2 years in the luxury retail industry in a sales role.
- Fluent in English and the local language; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong sense of luxury service and aesthetics.
- Result-oriented with strong selling skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and empathy.
- Curiosity and self-motivation with a customer service mindset.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and networking abilities.
- Proficient computer skills.
At least 2 years of experience in luxury retail sales.
