1. Achieve and exceed personal sales targets and contribute to the boutique's overall objectives.
2. Develop and maintain a client panel, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
3. Act as a brand ambassador, representing Panerai's image both in-store and at off-site events.
4. Participate in briefings and contribute to the boutique's performance development.
5. Manage all steps of the sales process, adhering to Panerai's Selling Ceremony.
6. Identify high-potential sales leads and perform diligent follow-ups.
7. Stay informed about Panerai's products, brand DNA, and industry trends.
8. Maintain impeccable presentation and comply with company policies and procedures.
9. Manage daily boutique operations, including inventory and visual merchandising.
10. Contribute to the development of the boutique's CRM database and manage client relationships.
11. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.

1. Minimum of 2 years in the luxury retail industry in a sales role.
2. Fluent in English and the local language; additional languages are advantageous.
