- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and yearly sales targets and KPIs set by management.
- Support the boutique in achieving overall sales objectives.
- Welcome and assist customers, managing all steps of the sales process in accordance with Panerai's standards.
- Identify high-potential sales leads and perform diligent follow-up to generate sales opportunities.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Panerai products, brand history, and industry trends.
- Participate actively in brand training sessions and briefings.
- Ensure impeccable personal presentation and comply with company policies and procedures.
- Manage daily boutique operations, including opening/closing, inventory, and repairs.
- Contribute to the development of the boutique's CRM database by capturing customer data accurately.
- Cultivate and manage client relationships through exceptional service and CRM initiatives.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a seamless experience during and after sales.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the luxury retail industry in a sales capacity.
- Strong sense of luxury service and aesthetics.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Result-oriented with strong selling skills.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and empathy.
- Excellent customer service mindset.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Effective communication and networking skills.
- Proficient computer skills.
At least 2 years in a luxury retail sales role.
Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
