- Translate global brand strategy into market-specific plans to enhance awareness, desirability, and client engagement.
- Collaborate with Panerai HQ and Richemont UK leadership to develop and implement long-term growth strategies across all channels.
- Identify opportunities to maximize market potential in the UK.
- Provide thought leadership within Panerai and Richemont UK to shape the future of the brand.
- Manage financial KPIs including sales, EBIT, cash, inventory, CAPEX, and working capital.
- Lead a data-driven commercial strategy across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels.
- Exceed channel-specific metrics such as sell-in/sell-out, market share, and client KPIs.
- Foster a high-performing, inclusive, and client-centric team culture.
- Support employee development through performance management, mentoring, and succession planning.
- Drive seamless integration across physical and digital channels to enhance client experience.
- Oversee boutique operations and retail excellence, including visual merchandising and client service.
- Ensure robust risk management in collaboration with Richemont Legal.
- Build and execute regionally relevant marketing strategies aligned with global brand guidelines.
- Lead PR, media, events, and digital activations to drive brand visibility and client engagement.
- Serve as the main liaison between Panerai HQ, Richemont UK, and shared service teams.
- Represent Panerai externally with landlords, vendors, and key industry stakeholders.
- Maintain awareness of market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Develop relationships across the luxury sector to build a pipeline of top industry talent.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or master’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in general management, brand leadership, and commercial roles in luxury goods or a related industry.
- 10+ years of leadership experience managing cross-functional and geographically diverse teams.
- Deep expertise in retail and omnichannel strategy, client development, and operations.
- Experience in a matrixed, multi-brand global organization preferred.
- Strategic thinking with excellent business and financial acumen.
- Proven ability to lead through complexity and influence across functions and levels.
