- Serve as an ambassador for Panerai's brand image within the boutique and at external events.
- Oversee the boutique's appearance, maintenance, and merchandising, ensuring both interior and exterior elements reflect brand standards.
- Ensure the security of the boutique and its staff, implementing and adhering to all security protocols.
- Drive sales growth in alignment with the retail brand strategy, maximizing profitability while minimizing costs.
- Achieve key performance indicators as set by the Retail Director.
- Manage stock and inventory, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial and retail procedures.
- Conduct regular reporting on sales, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Lead and develop the boutique team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Cultivate long-term client relationships and manage client relationship management initiatives.
- Coordinate product launches and boutique-specific events, with a focus on VIP client engagement.
- 5-10 years of experience in luxury retail.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Technical knowledge of watches is advantageous.
- Proficiency in English; Italian language skills are a plus.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and multitasking capabilities.
- Customer service orientation with creative problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
5-10 years of experience in luxury retail management, with a focus on team leadership and sales strategy.
Expected salary range: $105,000 - $120,000, negotiable based on skills and experience.
