1. Drive boutique performance by setting and achieving personal sales goals and KPIs.
2. Develop and implement action plans to meet individual and team targets.
3. Motivate and coach the boutique team, ensuring adherence to Panerai's training materials and company policies.
4. Enhance client relationships through exceptional customer service and CRM program implementation.
5. Oversee boutique maintenance, ensuring compliance with visual merchandising and grooming standards.
6. Manage boutique operations and administration, including back-office duties and liaison with corporate teams.

1. Minimum of 8 years in the luxury retail industry, with at least 3 years in a management role.
2. Strong educational background with a sense of etiquette.
3. Fluency in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.
