- Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying Panerai's image both within the boutique and at external events.
- Oversee the boutique's appearance, maintenance, and merchandising, ensuring compliance with brand standards.
- Ensure the security and safety of the boutique and its personnel, adhering to established protocols.
- Drive sales and profitability in alignment with the brand's retail strategy, optimizing performance against key metrics.
- Manage stock and inventory, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial and retail procedures.
- Conduct daily and monthly reporting on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Recruit, train, and manage boutique staff, fostering professional development and ensuring high performance.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, enhancing customer loyalty and satisfaction.
- Implement CRM strategies, manage VIP client interactions, and coordinate boutique events.
- 5-10 years of experience in luxury retail.
- Proven organizational and leadership abilities.
- Technical knowledge of watches is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English; Italian proficiency is a plus.

Expected salary range: $110,000 - $125,000, based on skills and experience.
