- Collaborate with boutique management and the commercial team to enhance client welcome, hospitality, and overall experience.
- Serve as a reference for the sales team on internal tools for appointment and queue management, ensuring readiness for high-traffic periods.
- Lead client greeting and hospitality efforts, adhering to brand guidelines.
- Support the deployment of omnichannel services across all networks and coordinate related training and support.
- Assist in maintaining boutique displays, organizing client experience elements, and managing boutique supply inventory.
- Facilitate boutique activations, manage the boutique bar experience, develop personalization areas, and gather local venue recommendations to enhance client experiences.
- Previous experience in hard luxury, retail, or hospitality is advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with proven skills in creating and delivering presentations.
- Experienced in project management and related tools, ideally Asana, Trello, or Kanban boards.
- Confident in data analysis and competition intelligence.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Innovative mindset.
- Attention to detail and intellectual curiosity.
- Ability to contribute to a collaborative environment.
