- Achieve boutique qualitative and quantitative goals by developing local clientele and exceeding sales targets.
- Monitor sales targets and KPIs, implementing action plans for any shortfalls.
- Generate and pursue new business and client opportunities through creative networking.
- Develop, train, and motivate boutique teams to achieve individual sales goals and enhance client development.
- Lead by example on the selling floor, providing on-the-spot coaching.
- Drive retail team development to ensure succession planning and high retention rates.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and propose improvement action plans.
- Adhere to brand guidelines and ensure team compliance to uphold brand equity.
- Recommend operational improvements and monitor boutique expenses within budget.
- Provide exceptional customer service, surpassing client expectations.
- Submit monthly reports to the Commercial Director and propose corrective actions.
- Review Mystery Shopping results and set up corrective action plans.
- Coach and train the boutique team to deliver the Panerai selling ceremony.
- Ensure effective client data capture and monitor team progress.
- Attend to client requests and concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Initiate and propose client activations and initiatives.
- Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, and Client Development Manager on client engagement programs.
- Coordinate with the Communication team for events to enhance boutique awareness.
- Lead, coach, train, and motivate the team with professionalism.
- Plan training with the Retail Performance Manager and follow up on staff performance.
- Ensure accurate daily sales and traffic reporting.
- Oversee visual merchandising to align with brand direction and trends.
- Ensure merchandise presentation meets VM standards and maintain boutique cleanliness.
- Manage inventory accuracy and compliance with Group and Brand standards.
- Minimum 10 years' experience in luxury goods retail, preferably in luxury watches.
- Managerial experience in sales and customer service.
- Strong leadership and ability to build trust and respect with the team.
- Organizational skills and ability to delegate effectively.
- Strong client marketing and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate others and work well within a team dynamic.
- Strong interpersonal skills, poised and composed with clients and staff.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is advantageous.
A minimum of 10 years' experience in luxury goods retail, with a focus on luxury watches and managerial experience in sales and customer service.
