Officine Panerai Assistant Boutique Manager

- Achieve personal sales targets and contribute to the boutique's overall objectives.
- Develop and maintain a client panel to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
- Uphold Panerai's brand image both in-store and at external events.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify business needs and implement strategic actions.
- Collaborate with the Boutique Manager to drive business growth in new retail channels.
- Ensure compliance with company policies while enhancing boutique operations.
- Conduct in-store training, daily briefings, and provide on-the-floor coaching.
- Establish and implement individual objectives and development plans for team members.
- Support the annual review process and assess team performance in the Manager's absence.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Ability to analyze performance data and implement strategic improvements.
- Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
- Innovative thinking and creativity in event planning and client engagement.
- Proficiency in digital tools and strategies for market engagement.
- Excellent organizational and operational management skills.
Significant experience in sales, ideally within the luxury watch or fashion industry, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
