Nivarox Assistant Quality Manager

- Actively contribute to product and process improvements in collaboration with site, line, and workshop managers.
- Coordinate quality planning functions within the central quality department.
- Ensure matrix linkage between central quality and operational quality across eight manufacturing sites.
- Substitute for the Quality Manager as needed, including project steering sessions, client meetings, management reviews, and onboarding of new employees.
- Serve as the liaison between Nivarox and clients/suppliers regarding product quality aspects.
- Oversee the execution of internal and external audits.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of quality improvement actions derived from continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage quality projects involving data, indicators, and statistics.
- ES/HES degree in micromechanics or watchmaking.
- Recognized experience in a quality support role, ideally within the watchmaking industry.
- TQ2/TQ3 training or equivalent.
- Interest in system and operational quality.
- Proficient in standard office software.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and CAQ quality management tools.
- Strong communication and meeting facilitation skills.
- Excellent writing skills and proficiency in French.
- Familiarity with NIHS, RJC, ISO17025, and ISO 9001 standards.
- Decision-making capability.
- Flexibility and ability to manage priorities.
- Category B driving license.
Proven experience in a quality support function, preferably within the horology sector.
ES/HES degree in micromechanics or watchmaking.
