- Serve as a brand ambassador, instilling passion and pride for Moynat.
- Embody and represent the brand image to customers and the store team, adhering to dress codes and appearance guidelines.
- Reflect visual merchandising guidelines to promote the brand image.
- Enhance customer service standards to ensure an exceptional client journey.
- Welcome clients, ensuring they feel comfortable and informed about the brand.
- Build and maintain client relationships to maximize sales and achieve targets.
- Introduce complementary products and share product knowledge to drive sales.
- Process sales confidently and professionally.
- Gather client CRM details to expand the client book.
- Stay updated with fashion trends and product lines.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Support stock control and management.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales within a luxury, high fashion environment.
- Experience in selling ready-to-wear and leather goods.
- Passion for fashion and sales.
- Commitment to achieving and exceeding targets while focusing on client needs.
- Excellent personal presentation as a Moynat Brand Ambassador.
- Understanding of retail KPIs.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Keen understanding of visual merchandising.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury fashion sector.
