1. Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying the brand's image and values to both customers and the store team.
2. Adhere to and promote visual merchandising guidelines to enhance the brand image.
3. Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure an outstanding client journey.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, enhancing customer loyalty.
5. Educate clients about the brand and its products, driving sales and achieving targets.
6. Process sales transactions confidently and professionally.
7. Expand the client book by gathering CRM details.
8. Stay informed about fashion trends and product lines to maintain high product knowledge.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
10. Support stock control and management.

1. Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales within a luxury, high fashion environment.
2. Experience in selling ready-to-wear and leather goods.
3. Strong passion for fashion and sales.
4. Commitment to achieving and exceeding sales targets while focusing on client needs.
5. Excellent personal presentation, embodying the Moynat brand.
6. Understanding of retail KPIs.
7. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
