1. Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying and promoting the brand's image and values.
2. Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the brand's image.
3. Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a superior client journey.
4. Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to drive sales and achieve targets.
5. Process sales transactions with professionalism and accuracy.
6. Expand the client book by gathering CRM details.
7. Stay informed about fashion trends and product lines.
8. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
9. Assist in stock control and management.

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury sales, particularly in high fashion.
2. Experience in selling ready-to-wear and leather goods.
3. Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
