Moynat Sales Consultant

- Serve as a brand ambassador, instilling passion and pride for Moynat.
- Embody the brand image and maintain a strong understanding of the brand DNA.
- Lead by example, adhering to dress codes and appearance guidelines.
- Reflect visual merchandising guidelines to promote the brand image.
- Enhance customer service standards to ensure an exceptional client journey.
- Welcome clients, ensuring comfort and educating them about the brand.
- Build and maintain client relationships, introducing complementary products.
- Process sales confidently and professionally.
- Gather client CRM details to expand the client book.
- Stay informed about fashion trends and product lines through research.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support stock control and management.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales within a luxury, high fashion environment.
- Experience in selling ready-to-wear and leather goods.
- Passion for fashion and sales.
- Commitment to achieving and exceeding targets while focusing on client needs.
- Excellent personal presentation as a Moynat Brand Ambassador.
- Understanding of retail KPIs.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong sales acumen in luxury fashion.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM systems.
- Keen sense of fashion trends and product knowledge.
- Attention to detail in visual merchandising.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
A minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury fashion sales, with a focus on ready-to-wear and leather goods.
