1. Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the brand image and understanding the brand DNA.
2. Lead by example and adhere to dress codes and appearance guidelines.
3. Reflect visual merchandising guidelines to promote the brand image.
4. Enhance customer service standards to ensure the best client journey.
5. Welcome clients and educate them about the brand.
6. Build and maintain client relationships.
7. Introduce complementary products and share product knowledge to drive sales.
8. Process sales confidently and professionally.
9. Gather client CRM details to expand the client book.
10. Stay updated on fashion trends and product lines.
11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
12. Support stock control and management.

1. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales in a luxury, high fashion environment.
2. Experience in selling ready-to-wear (RTW) and leather goods (LG).
3. Passion for fashion and sales.
4. Commitment to achieving and exceeding targets while focusing on client needs.
5. Excellent personal presentation as a Moynat Brand Ambassador.
6. Understanding of Retail KPIs.
7. Fluent level in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Minimum 3 years of experience required.
