1. Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying the brand image and DNA for customers and the store team.
2. Lead by example, adhering to dress codes and appearance guidelines.
3. Reflect visual merchandising guidelines to promote the brand image.
4. Enhance customer service standards to ensure an exceptional client journey.
5. Welcome clients, ensuring their comfort and educating them about the brand.
6. Build and maintain strong client relationships.
7. Introduce complementary products and share product knowledge to drive sales and achieve targets.
8. Process sales confidently and professionally.
9. Gather client CRM details to expand the client book.
10. Stay updated with fashion trends and product lines through research.
11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
12. Support stock control and management.

1. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales within a luxury, high fashion environment.
2. Passion for fashion and sales.
3. Dedication to achieving and exceeding sales targets while focusing on client needs and experience.
4. Excellent personal presentation as a Moynat Brand Ambassador.
5. Understanding of retail critical metrics.
6. Proficient in English; additional languages are advantageous.
