1. Welcome local and international clients into the boutique.
2. Provide personalized service by understanding each client's desires and preferences.
3. Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty.
4. Present collections passionately, sharing the Maison's history.
5. Guide clients through the product range, highlighting distinctive features.
6. Participate in display management to ensure an attractive boutique environment.
7. Actively work to achieve and exceed sales targets set by management.
8. Identify additional sales opportunities by understanding specific client expectations.
9. Embody the brand image by adhering to the Maison's grooming standards.
10. Stay informed about the latest luxury and fashion trends.
11. Collaborate closely with various teams, both in-store and back-office, to ensure consistent customer service.

1. Minimum of a Bac+2 education level.
2. Fluency in both English and French; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.

3. Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

A minimum of 3 years of successful experience in sales is required.
