- Welcome local and international clients into the boutique.
- Provide personalized service by understanding each client's desires and preferences.
- Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty.
- Present collections passionately, sharing the Maison's history.
- Guide clients through the product range, highlighting distinctive features.
- Participate in display management to ensure an attractive boutique environment.
- Actively work to achieve and exceed sales targets set by management.
- Identify additional sales opportunities by understanding specific client expectations.
- Embody the brand image by adhering to the Maison's grooming standards.
- Stay informed about the latest luxury and fashion trends.
- Collaborate closely with various teams, both in-store and back-office, to ensure consistent customer service.
- Minimum of a Bac+2 education level.
- Fluency in both English and French; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Motivated and agile with a keen sensitivity to luxury.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
A minimum of 3 years of successful experience in sales is required.
