1. Identify specific quality criteria for new products in collaboration with the Development team.
2. Update material references according to changes in specifications.
3. Monitor developments in leather goods design standards.
4. Conduct quality control of finished products, ensuring design, durability, functionality, appearance, and compliance with standards.
5. Validate new products before production and verify the implementation of requested modifications on finished products.
6. Request and analyze corrective action plans from workshops based on conducted inspections.
7. Oversee quality control of materials in series production and act as the primary contact for workshops on material issues.
8. Ensure the implementation of requested modifications or improvements to materials.
9. Manage supplier action plans, including inspections and alerts.
10. Prepare and draft control reports and defect review summaries.
11. Communicate monthly feedback from boutiques to workshops.
12. Verify the implementation of corrective actions during workshop visits.
13. Initiate or relay quality alerts following inspections, reviews, or visits.

1. Degree from an Engineering or Business School.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the leather goods sector, specifically in development, manufacturing, or quality control.

1. Proficiency in Excel.
2. Fluent in English; knowledge of Italian and/or Spanish is advantageous.
3. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
4. Ability to work independently.
5. Excellent communication and teaching skills.
6. Strong interpersonal skills and team spirit.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in the leather goods sector is required.

Degree from an Engineering or Business School.
