1. Conduct analyses and reporting to ensure service level targets are met, distributing key performance indicators to departments such as Supply Chain and Development.
2. Manage invoice processing and resolve disputes in collaboration with the accounting department.
3. Oversee receipt tracking and anomaly management in coordination with the logistics department.
4. Contribute to the development of new planning tools.
5. Manage production planning and monitoring, ensuring delivery timelines are adhered to.
6. Supervise delivery commitments, managing risks and timelines.
7. Update production plans and identify bottlenecks.
8. Optimize planning alignment with Supply Chain needs.
9. Co-facilitate weekly meetings with suppliers.
10. Act as the daily liaison with manufacturers to monitor delivery plans and challenge them against defined objectives.
11. Track industrialization progress and adjust priorities according to production plan changes.
12. Implement performance indicators and lead continuous improvement initiatives.

1. Bachelor's degree from an engineering school or university.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Supply Chain.

2. Ability to communicate internationally.

6. Proficiency in English and/or Italian.
7. Proficiency in Excel.
8. Proficiency in PowerBI.

Entry-level experience with at least 2 years in Supply Chain.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
