Moynat Production Manager

1. Develop and implement a purchasing strategy aligned with the brand's objectives.
2. Support existing material suppliers and identify new suppliers to aid brand development.
3. Manage supplier relationships, focusing on performance, capacity, and pricing.
4. Optimize purchasing processes, orders, and supply chain KPIs (Quality/Cost/Time).
5. Oversee planning needs, procurement, and logistics.
6. Supervise all flows ensuring the supply and availability of materials in workshops.
7. Identify and communicate potential disruptions or imbalances, proposing solutions.
8. Participate in CSR missions: audits, HSE, traceability.
9. Collaborate with development teams to manage workshops and manufacturers, ensuring production meets expected conditions, timelines, and quality.
10. Lead the Aubervilliers workshop to support creation and propose suitable leather goods solutions.
11. Define and update production plans.
12. Anticipate planning of new products in collaboration with development and supply chain teams.
13. Ensure quality, cost, and deadline objectives are met, and PRI compliance before production.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering or related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in leather goods production.

1. Strong analytical skills and negotiation abilities.
2. Proven managerial experience with excellent communication skills.
3. Proficiency in IT systems, particularly PowerBi.
4. Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
