1. Develop and implement a procurement strategy aligned with the brand's objectives.
2. Manage existing material suppliers and identify new suppliers to support brand development.
3. Oversee supplier relationships, focusing on performance, capacity, and pricing.
4. Optimize procurement processes and supplier KPIs, including quality, cost, and delivery timelines.
5. Lead the planning and logistics for material needs and supply chain management.
6. Supervise material flow to ensure timely availability in workshops.
7. Identify and communicate potential supply chain disruptions and propose solutions.
8. Participate in CSR initiatives including audits, HSE, and traceability.
9. Collaborate with development teams to manage workshops and ensure product quality and timelines.
10. Animate the Aubervilliers workshop to support creative solutions in leather goods.
11. Define and update production plans and anticipate new product planning.
12. Ensure quality, cost, and timeline objectives are met before production.
13. Guarantee product quality across all manufacturing phases, including leather goods, accessories, and trunks.
14. Organize necessary tests to ensure the quality of finished products.
15. Develop and manage action plans in case of quality deviations.
16. Oversee after-sales service processes and monitor repairs.

1. Bachelor's degree equivalent to Bac +5, preferably from an engineering school.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in production within the leather goods sector.

1. Strong analytical skills and negotiation abilities.
2. Proven managerial and communication skills.
3. Proficiency in IT systems, particularly PowerBi.
4. Fluent in English; Italian proficiency is a plus.

A minimum of 10 years in production within the leather goods industry is required.

Bachelor's degree equivalent to Bac +5, preferably from an engineering school.
