1. Collaborate with the Workshop Manager, designers, and development team to create prototypes for new leather goods collections, including small leather goods and accessories.
2. Interpret and analyze design requests from development and designers, focusing on industrialization.
3. Propose assembly solutions and create prototypes in collaboration with development teams, Workshop Manager, and designers.
4. Develop templates and patterns, along with technical documentation such as plans and operational ranges.
5. Formalize and propose the operational manufacturing range for products.
6. Utilize and maintain workshop machinery, including splitting machines, skiving machines, flatbed and post-bed sewing machines, gluing cabins, and marking machines.
7. Contribute to collective tasks such as training, mentorship, technical monitoring, inventory, and craftsmanship demonstrations.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in modeling/prototyping within the leather goods industry.

1. Proficiency in MOZART software, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe.
2. Strong teamwork and autonomy.
3. Attention to detail and precision.
4. Ability to propose innovative solutions and adapt to changing requirements.

A minimum of 5 years in modeling/prototyping within the leather goods sector is required.

A background in leather goods or significant experience as a leather goods artisan.
