Image Production Manager

1. Plan and coordinate all logistical aspects of image production and event organization, including selecting vendors, managing schedules, budgeting, coordinating teams and talents, and handling necessary permits.
2. Ensure technical preparation of equipment and environment before each photo shoot.
3. Supervise photo shoots and ensure smooth execution.
4. Oversee post-production, ensuring quality, deadline adherence, and receipt of deliverables.
5. Distribute content internally and externally according to the determined strategy.
6. Participate in organizing in-store events in collaboration with retail teams.
7. Conduct art purchasing.
8. Manage budgets and invoicing.
9. Handle communication product stock management (gifts, shooting, etc.).
10. Ensure workload planning and schedule tracking.

1. Degree from a business school or equivalent.

At least 2 years of experience in content production and sharing.
