1. Manage payroll and personnel administration, including centralizing monthly payroll variables and overseeing time management elements.
2. Prepare employment contracts and amendments, ensuring timely signatures.
3. Draft various administrative correspondences.
4. Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, including pre-boarding and DPAE.
5. Maintain accurate administrative records and update digital tools.
6. Collaborate on internal and group reporting.
7. Contribute to recruitment activities by defining needs, criteria, and profiles.
8. Draft and disseminate job postings across various platforms.
9. Select and pre-qualify candidates, managing recruitment processes.
10. Participate in updating job descriptions and organizing CSR projects.
11. Coordinate company events and draft HR communications.
12. Engage in international cross-functional projects.

1. Enrollment in a business or engineering school with a specialization in Human Resources.
2. Previous experience in human resources.

2. Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
3. Proficiency in English.

Entry-level experience in human resources is required.

Currently pursuing a degree in business or engineering with a focus on Human Resources.
