- Prepare employment contracts and amendments, ensuring timely signatures.
- Draft various administrative correspondences.

- Maintain accurate administrative records and update digital tools.
- Collaborate on internal and group reporting.
- Contribute to recruitment activities by defining needs, criteria, and profiles.
- Draft and disseminate job postings across various platforms.
- Select and pre-qualify candidates, managing recruitment processes.
- Participate in updating job descriptions and organizing CSR projects.
- Coordinate company events and draft HR communications.
- Engage in international cross-functional projects.
- Enrollment in a business or engineering school with a specialization in Human Resources.
- Previous experience in human resources.
- Dynamic, agile, and proactive with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in English.
Entry-level experience in human resources is required.
