1. Manage payroll and personnel administration, including centralizing monthly payroll variables and controlling time management elements.
2. Prepare employment contracts and amendments, ensuring timely signatures.
3. Draft various administrative correspondences.
4. Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, including pre-boarding, DPAE, and onboarding.
5. Maintain accurate administrative records and update digital tools.
6. Collaborate on internal and group reporting.
7. Contribute to recruitment activities by defining needs, criteria, and profiles.
8. Draft and disseminate job postings across various platforms.
9. Select, pre-qualify candidates, and manage recruitment processes.
10. Participate in updating job descriptions and organizing CSR projects.
11. Coordinate corporate events and draft HR communications.
12. Engage in international cross-functional projects.

1. Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school with a specialization in Human Resources.
2. Previous experience in human resources.

1. Dynamic and agile with strong organizational skills.
2. Proactive with excellent oral and written communication skills.
3. Proficient in English.

Entry-level experience in human resources is required.

Currently pursuing a degree in business or engineering with a focus on Human Resources.
