1. Manage payroll and personnel administration, including centralizing monthly payroll variables and controlling time management elements.
2. Draft employment contracts, amendments, and various administrative correspondence.
3. Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
4. Ensure the maintenance and updating of administrative records and information systems.
5. Co-produce internal and group reporting.
6. Participate in recruitment activities, including defining needs, criteria, and profiles, drafting and disseminating job postings, and managing the selection and pre-qualification of candidates.
7. Contribute to HR development initiatives, such as career management and internal mobility.
8. Support managers in team management and participate in updating job descriptions.
9. Organize CSR projects and coordinate corporate events.
10. Contribute to HR communications and international transversal projects.

1. Degree from a business school with a specialization in Human Resources or equivalent university studies.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources.

2. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
3. Proficiency in English.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a human resources role is required.

Degree from a business school with a specialization in Human Resources or equivalent university studies.
