1. Prepare regular reports on product performance, highlighting trends, opportunities, and risks while integrating budgetary elements.
2. Implement proactive monitoring of existing KPIs and define new relevant KPIs for the maison's activities.
3. Coordinate data and analyses across various teams, including supply chain, collection merchandising, and retail.
4. Create and maintain PowerBI dashboards for clear data visualization and in-depth analysis.
5. Analyze discrepancies between actual performance and targets, identify causes, and propose concrete solutions.
6. Anticipate analysis requests and needs from the Merchandising team and management.
7. Actively participate in the Industrial and Commercial Planning process, providing analytical insights on sales data and demand forecasts.
8. Manage and optimize Open-to-Buy (OTB) for each collection or specific launch in collaboration with collection merchandising teams.
9. Oversee the OTB tracking process and tool, from initial forecasting to in-season adjustments, considering sales objectives and product performance.
10. Formulate clear, data-driven recommendations on purchase levels, restocking, and promotions.
11. Monitor the outcomes of recommendations and adjust strategies accordingly.
12. Analyze stock levels and propose corrective actions.
13. Participate in managing purchase allocations, considering market specifics and sales forecasts.
14. Develop tools and processes to ensure data accuracy and improve stock management.
15. Analyze product performance by region and customer type to adapt assortments and merchandising strategies.
16. Develop intuitive tools and dashboards tailored to user needs.
17. Train Merchandising and Sales teams in tool usage and data interpretation.

1. Degree from an engineering school or equivalent university studies.
2. Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
3. Demonstrated rigor, methodical approach, and dynamism.

1. Proficiency in data translation and interpretation.
2. Strong service orientation and interpersonal skills.
3. Fluency in English.
4. Mastery of computer tools, with experience in ERP systems (SAP preferred).
