1. Welcome and engage both local and international customers in the boutique.
2. Provide personalized service by understanding each customer's desires and preferences.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering long-term loyalty.
4. Present collections with passion, sharing the history of the Maison.
5. Guide customers through the product range, highlighting distinctive features of each product.
6. Participate in display management to ensure a visually attractive environment in the boutique.
7. Introduce additional complementary products to clients to drive sales and achieve targets.
8. Share product knowledge to enhance customer experience and meet sales goals.
9. Demonstrate role model behavior that represents the brand, adhering to dress codes and appearance guidelines.
10. Collaborate with various teams, both in the boutique and back-office, to ensure consistency in customer service.

1. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales within a luxury, high fashion environment.

1. Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are advantageous.
2. Cheerful and motivated demeanor with a passion for fashion and sales.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

A minimum of 2 years in a luxury, high fashion sales environment is required.
