- Welcome and engage both local and international customers in the boutique.
- Provide personalized service by understanding each customer's desires and preferences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering long-term loyalty.
- Present collections with passion, sharing the history of the Maison.
- Guide customers through the product range, highlighting distinctive features of each product.
- Participate in display management to ensure a visually attractive environment in the boutique.
- Introduce additional complementary products to clients to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Share product knowledge to enhance customer experience and meet sales goals.
- Demonstrate role model behavior that represents the brand, adhering to dress codes and appearance guidelines.
- Collaborate with various teams, both in the boutique and back-office, to ensure consistency in customer service.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales within a luxury, high fashion environment.
- Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Cheerful and motivated demeanor with a passion for fashion and sales.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
A minimum of 2 years in a luxury, high fashion sales environment is required.
