12. Develop a customer portfolio through CRM activities.

14. Oversee daily operations, including product presentation and logistical coordination.
15. Ensure excellence in service delivery, particularly for VIP clients.
16. Possess in-depth knowledge of back-office functions and in-store analytics.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac+2) in a relevant field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, ideally within the luxury sector.

4. Proficiency in Italian and English; a third language is advantageous.
