1. Assist the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the sales team.
2. Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service in alignment with Moynat standards.

5. Foster a motivated and knowledgeable team well-versed in the Maison's products, history, and codes.
6. Prioritize customer service to ensure optimal experiences and build lasting relationships.

8. Implement action plans to enhance store activity and performance.
9. Manage commercial activities using performance indicators and generate regular reports.

12. Provide excellent service to VIP customers and ensure accurate reporting and analysis of results.

1. Minimum of a 2-year higher education diploma.
2. At least 5 years of successful sales experience, preferably in the luxury sector.

4. Proficiency in cash register and reporting tools such as CEGID and Excel.
5. Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
