Moynat Assistant Store Manager

1. Assist in the day-to-day management of the sales team to ensure the highest level of customer service.
2. Monitor individual and team objectives and evaluate performance.
3. Identify training needs and support development plans.
4. Motivate the team and ensure mastery of the Maison’s products, history, and codes.
5. Prioritize customer service to build lasting relationships and recruit new customers.
6. Make recommendations to boost store activity and develop turnover and performance.
7. Manage commercial activity using performance indicators and produce regular reports.
8. Support employees in achieving objectives and develop a client portfolio.
9. Ensure compliance with internal procedures and oversee daily operations.
10. Guarantee excellent service and treatment of VIP customers.
11. Ensure reliability of reported information and participate in result analysis.

1. Minimum of a 2-year higher education diploma.
2. At least 5 years of successful experience in sales, ideally within the luxury sector.

5. Mastery of cash register and reporting tools such as CEGID and Excel.
6. Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.

A minimum of 5 years in sales, preferably within the luxury industry, demonstrating operational excellence and team leadership.
