Moynat Assistant Store Manager

- Lead and inspire the store team to embody the Moynat brand image and ethos.
- Conduct morning briefings, set objectives, and provide training and coaching alongside the Store Manager.
- Foster a collaborative team spirit to drive sales and operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Supervise staff in executing operating procedures, pricing, merchandise receipt, and product returns.
- Oversee store operations, including daily reconciliation reports and communication with the UK Finance Team and Head Office.
- Conduct accurate weekly cash banking.
- Evaluate Sales Associates' performance and provide continuous feedback.
- Monitor sales targets and KPIs, ensuring stock loss is minimized through regular inventories and stockroom maintenance.
- Develop personal and team sales techniques to maximize sales.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of merchandise and industry trends.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising guidelines to reflect the brand image.
- Enhance customer service standards to deliver world-class service.
- Build and nurture client relationships to achieve sales objectives.
- Address and resolve customer issues promptly and effectively.
- Motivate and develop Sales Associates in clienteling and customer service.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales management within a luxury, high fashion environment.
- Experience in selling ready-to-wear and leather goods.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent personal presentation, embodying the Moynat brand.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and solution implementation.
- Effective team leadership and management skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales management within a luxury, high fashion environment is required.
