Montblanc Wholesale Assistant Manager

- Execute precise sales orders and delivery notes, ensuring efficient processing.
- Oversee sell-in processes within Duty Free partners' ERP systems, maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
- Uphold data integrity across SAP, Booster, and other relevant platforms.
- Facilitate comprehensive order management to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Compile and synthesize monthly sales data to produce insightful reports.
- Generate recurring sales reports segmented by various criteria to inform strategic decision-making.
- Assist in achieving sales targets and implementing sales team action plans.
- Assist with merchandise planning, purchasing, distribution, and product lifecycle management.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing data for performance analysis.
- Serve as a key point of contact for boutiques, addressing inquiries and administrative matters.
- Coordinate the distribution of Point-of-Sale materials to boutiques.
- Identify and cultivate corporate gifting opportunities to expand the corporate sales portfolio.
- Drive the achievement of corporate sales objectives through proactive client relationship management.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the retail industry, with a focus on travel retail, wholesale, and/or channel sales preferred.
- Experience working with premium brands, preferably in fashion accessories, watches & jewelry, or FMCG.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Korean.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SAP and Duty Free ERP systems is a plus.
