Montblanc Visual Merchandising and Operations Manager

- Manage the visual merchandising order planning for display materials and campaign decorations for boutiques, including wholesale SIS, jewellers, and traditional trade accounts.
- Execute quarterly window installations and in-store product launches for the external boutique network, supporting the Caribbean region, in alignment with seasonal creative schemes and global visual merchandising guidelines.
- Develop microzoning plans for each product launch and rotation guide for external boutiques.
- Ensure stores undergo visual merchandising rotations every four weeks, tailored to local business needs, client groups, and product focus.
- Create visually compelling and solution-oriented displays consistent with the global visual merchandising strategy.
- Deliver visual merchandising training for store teams, including seasonal leather guide books and new starter inductions.
- Support regional projects, including new store openings, events, pop-ups, and market tradeshows.
- Collaborate with merchandising and regional sales teams for seasonal novelty launches, focusing on rotation strategies and product priorities.
- Adapt quickly to changing market needs in line with business growth.
- Previous luxury retail experience within the leather and accessories industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, spatial design, interior design, retail management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of visual merchandising field experience.
- Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital photography.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite programs such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Working knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail with exceptional organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to manage personal travel, calendar, and expenses within an allocated budget.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Proficiency in visual merchandising and display design.
