Montblanc Visual Merchandising and Operations Assistant Manager

- Manage VM order processing for display materials and campaign decorations across boutiques and wholesale accounts, including in the US, Canada, and the Caribbean.
- Execute quarterly window installations and in-store product launches in line with seasonal creative schemes and global VM guidelines.
- Develop microzoning plans for product launches and ensure regular store rotations.
- Create visually compelling displays that align with global VM strategies.
- Deliver VM training for store teams, including new starter inductions and seasonal guides.
- Support regional projects, including new store openings, events, and tradeshows.
- Collaborate with merchandising and sales teams for product launches and rotation strategies.
- Adapt quickly to market changes and business growth needs.
- Previous luxury retail experience in the leather and accessories industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communications, spatial design, interior design, retail management, or related field.
- 3-5 years of visual merchandising field experience.
- Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Office Suite, and Digital Photography.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite programs like Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices.
- Strong operational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail with exceptional organizational and planning abilities.
- Flexibility, agility, and ability to work autonomously.
- Proven track record in coordinating and executing projects and training.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
A minimum of 3-5 years in visual merchandising within the luxury retail sector is required.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as graphic design or retail management.
Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
