1. Analyze local retail and wholesale teams' skill set levels and training efforts to assess the impact of training and coaching.
2. Evaluate competitors' client experience, service, and product offerings.
3. Develop a pragmatic training action plan linked to business objectives, focusing on sales and service.
4. Optimize the use of the training budget.
5. Align with internal and external partners to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
6. Adapt training modules to local needs and strategies, including product and brand training, customer service training, and coaching plans.
7. Deploy training modules to target audiences, ensuring consistency with Montblanc's standards.
8. Monitor training results, ensuring a return on investment and providing feedback and recommendations for further actions.
9. Collaborate with Area Sales Managers, Boutique Managers, Regional Trainers, and the Training Team to achieve wholesale and retail business objectives.

1. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a luxury retail environment, with boutique and/or learning and development experience.
2. Proven experience in coaching and people development.
3. Experience in training other trainers.
4. Commercial mindset with a focus on client experience.
5. Understanding of clienteling and relationship building.
6. Fluency in English; proficiency in local languages is advantageous.

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Comfortable with number analysis and reporting.
4. Experience with retail KPIs and analysis with proven results through training.
5. Strategic mindset with strong planning and time management skills.
6. Agility, flexibility, and adaptability.

A minimum of 5 years in a luxury retail environment, particularly with experience in boutique operations and learning and development.
