- Develop and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for new employees, ensuring a seamless integration into the company.
- Oversee the Buddies Program, training mentors to effectively support new hires.
- Conduct field training and on-the-job coaching to enhance sales techniques and client engagement, focusing on Montblanc's Retail Signature.
- Deliver tailored product and category training sessions across various product lines, including Writing Instruments, Timepieces, Leather Goods, and more.
- Manage and optimize the Montblanc digital training application, ensuring content is current and effective.
- Design and develop customized training materials aligned with corporate strategies and regional objectives.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training programs, focusing on measurable ROI and business impact.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training initiatives with business goals.
- Support special projects and additional tasks as required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in training, preferably within retail or luxury sectors.
- Experience in training diverse teams across Retail, Franchise, and Wholesale channels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and digital training platforms; InDesign experience is advantageous.
- Strong reporting and data analysis skills.
- Exceptional organizational, planning, and time management abilities.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
- Team-oriented with strong relationship-building skills.
- Client-centric focus with a passion for enhancing client experiences.
3 to 5 years of experience in training, ideally within the retail or luxury industry.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.
Expected salary range: $100,000 - $115,000, determined based on relevant skills and experience.
