- Deliver insights to identify new business opportunities and challenges across acquisition channels to enhance performance marketing initiatives.
- Steer all traffic and performance marketing reports and forecasts, ensuring alignment of KPIs and sustainability of reporting solutions on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Elevate the organization’s performance marketing knowledge by distributing insights to relevant stakeholders.
- Create valuable dashboards and clear reports to facilitate stakeholders across performance marketing channels and management.
- Evangelize the company-wide audience with a data-driven mindset.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, engineering, statistics, management, or a comparable field.
- 4+ years of work experience in an e-commerce business.
- Proven experience and strong knowledge of BigQuery/SQL, Python, Google Cloud Platform, AWS data lake, Google Marketing Platform, Tableau, Looker.
- Expert knowledge in statistical methods and quantitative analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to share analysis and business proposals with different stakeholders, including senior management.
- Ability to work in a fast-changing environment and find pragmatic and creative solutions.
- Fluent English skills; proficiency in another language is a plus.
A minimum of 4 years of experience in an e-commerce business, with proven expertise in performance marketing and data analysis tools.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in economics, engineering, statistics, management, or a comparable field.
