- Organize and execute retail events and marketing activities in boutiques, collaborating closely with Clienteling Managers.
- Monitor events and activation actions, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Conduct competitive analysis of client experiences and identify new suppliers and partnerships to enhance client experience and optimize budgets.
- Support the Clienteling Manager with client analysis to develop and execute clienteling strategies.
- Manage electronic direct mail (eDM) campaigns and support wholesale partners with newsletter strategies.
- Define marketing and communication plans for external boutiques, collaborating with partners and the Montblanc EB Sales Manager.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and retailization of external boutique activations and events.
- Create toolkits and sales support materials for partners.
- Define, execute, and manage budgets for wholesale marketing plans.
- Serve as the primary marketing contact for two Sales Managers.
- Support budget management for events and activations, as well as marketing contributions for external boutiques.
- Proven experience in trade marketing, particularly in CRM and retail activations.
- In-depth knowledge of the luxury industry.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, such as Salesforce.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize information.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
A minimum of one successful experience in trade marketing, with a focus on CRM and retail activations.
