Montblanc Trade Manager - On-Site Merchandising & CRO

- Manage and optimize the on-site search experience, including refining search algorithms and implementing redirects.
- Analyze search data to identify trends and enhance product discoverability.
- Develop and execute on-site merchandising strategies to maximize sales and customer engagement.
- Regularly update product assortments based on data-driven insights and commercial priorities.
- Own the CRO strategy by conducting A/B tests and analyzing customer behavior to improve the user journey.
- Monitor site performance using analytical tools and provide weekly reports on key metrics.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align merchandising initiatives with brand campaigns and promotions.
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to enhance site usability and streamline the checkout process.
- Track the effectiveness of merchandising changes and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- 4+ years of experience in e-commerce site merchandising, on-site search optimization, or CRO roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics and Contentsquare.
- Experience using on-site search management tools such as Algolia.
- A/B testing experience and familiarity with platforms like AB Tasty, Optimizely, or VWO.
- Fluent English skills and preferably one other European language, particularly German.

A minimum of 4 years in e-commerce site merchandising, on-site search optimization, or CRO roles, preferably in a direct-to-consumer environment.
