1. Develop and construct the façon sheet for individual products within the leathergoods category.
2. Record and analyze the timing of each production stage, including cutting, preparation, and assembly, both in workshops and at manufacturers' premises.
3. Update the façon sheet based on revisions from the industrialization team.
4. Actively participate in new product development and process engineering, providing feedback on recorded times and suggesting improvement actions.
5. Identify and implement continuous improvement projects.

1. Minimum of 3 years experience as a Time & Methods/Process Engineer within the fashion and luxury industry.
2. Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or equivalent.
3. Proven knowledge in Lean Manufacturing.
4. Familiarity with bag-making methods.

1. Mastery of Excel.
2. Proficient in English.
3. Flexibility and proactivity.
4. Strong problem-solving skills with an autonomous and goal-focused approach.

A minimum of 3 years as a Time & Methods/Process Engineer in the fashion and luxury industry is required.

Degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or equivalent.
